This is the worst David's bridal I've been too!! It was dreadful they had terrible service, and the employees were pushed and had bad attitudes! And they didn't know half of the things they should when ever anyone asked a question the answer was "I don't know" in a rather displeasing tone I might add. It's horrible and I'm never coming back if I can help it.
I think it should shut its doors! I have NEVER experienced such an extreme LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE in my entire life! The people are beyond RUDE! They are obnoxiously unhelpful, and apparently uninformed as well! They made tacky comments, were pushy, and so hateful that it took all the grace I could muster to keep my own attitude in check! I can't vouch for the other David's Bridal's - but this one is the worst ever!!!! I would NEVER step foot in that establishment again! I would MAKE my own dress first!
From my cousin and friend Anna Proctor Anna Proctor So the LOVELY David's Bridal in Charlotte called me MONDAY and informed me that my dress was ready to be picked up and it HAS to be picked up within 7 days, I said great, I'll be there Saturday. I had wonderful service for my bridal appointment with Monika, but just today had a bridesmaid appointment with Sandra and she was terrible!
