AWFUL! Absolutely terrible! We received terrible service when looking at bridesmaid dresses with the bridal party, the sales lady was unfriendly, not knowledgable about their dresses, kept getting the color wrong when ordering. Once I picked up my dress I realized it was wrong. We didn't even try that dress on that day. I called the store to figure out what happened and was hung up on the first time and the second time the lady was rude and cold. WORST service of my life! Almost had to call the cops due to being harassed after asking for a manager after being ignored for over an hour.

This place was awful! They are under staffed; the lady that helped the bride, myself and another bridesmaid truly acted liked she had better things to do than to help with us spending hundreds of dollars in the store. She made the comment about wanting to be a model.... maybe she should have tried to make that work because her customer service was awful. She made us feel like it was a burden to do her job and help us at all. We still bought the dresses and later went back for alterations. The lady that done them was great. V... read more

Worst experience I have ever witnessed. Fortunately I didn't have to deal with them on my wedding day but I was to be a bridesmaid for someone else and she wanted to go to David's bridal. The sales rep was rude as is the manager. I ordered my dress anyhow for this wedding only for my dress to be picked up by another bridesmaid. The issue was never the bridesmaid picking up my dress it was that David's bridal sent my dress paid for by me out the door without my approval. We were displeased on how the appt went. They were rude and seemed to not care for the bride. Left and took the business elsewhere and said yes to the dress!

I am going to be filing a formal complaint as a whole North Lake Davids Bridal store and I am personally calling out Sandra the "stylist" who was not only rude , uncaring and disrespectful but is totally in the wrong line of business, What happened in dressing room #1 that took place on 10/10/2015 at around 2;45 I hope never happens to another Bride, Mother of the Bride, Mother of the Groom and maid of honor . Tiffany was wonderful, everyone else there was incredibly rude and they cancelled one of my appointments after waiting for several hours in the store for it. Tiffany was lovely and helpful, only good thing I have to say about the experience.

I have been to this store several times now. I have nothing good to say about it. The service is horrible. The girls who work there have the WORST attitudes. I've never been treated so badly at any store I've ever been to. They are pushy, or they they're nowhere to be found. Never going there again. Completely disappointed in the lack of professionalism.
