**** Lauren you ruined my step daughters experience maybe this job is not a good fit for you*****WOW !!! I have NEVER had such a problem with DB like the one in Charlotte NC. I attending a Bridal show this past weekend and made an appointment to go try on dresses at David's Bridal while I was there. My soon to be sister in law did the same. She ended up wanting to go try on dresses last night instead of the day we both originally scheduled appointments for a week from now. She called to see if she could come yesterday instead of when she made her appointment and they told her that was fine, she didn't need to make a new appointment- just to come in that evening. This is the worst place ever - do NOT I repeat do NOT go here. After paying $500 for alterations they ruined the dress. This was my friend’s daughter in law to be’s Dress. They stopped counting at 14 holes in the dress where they had hemmed along with other mistakes. Might I add this is 2 weeks before the wedding. Thanks Davids bridal for ruining her dress!
