There today and while waiting on the bride to arrive (my sister) my mom and myself were looking at dresses and I pulled one off and walked across the store to show my mom and the very rude lady comes and jerks it out of my hand and tells me not to take them off the racks. Now while I understand that they don't want them getting mixed up it would have been better if she could have asked in a better way and been a little nicer. I needed a dress altered for a wedding. I called & was told no worries, we can fix it & have it done by Thursday, there's just a rush fee. NO problem, I'm onboard with paying the rush to make sure everything is good. I needed to add fabric to make the top of the zipper close. When I arrive for my appointment with alterations, I get a different story. First, "oh the hem is great, no need to fix." Well, I'm not here for that to be touched..."we can't fix this dress. in the last week Highly disappointing.. I would not recommend.. At my hour and a half long appointment I got to try on two dresses... The stylist, Sandra, left me standing by myself upfront with the book for 25 minutes. She wasn't personable and was rushing me once she did finally come up front. She quickly grabbed three dresses after barely looking at the ones I marked in the book. She got me in my first dress and then left for another 30 minutes with me standing by myself in the first dress. Finally, the alterations girl, ... read more

I will never ever return to davids Bridal by north lake mall for anything!!! The front desk girls never even greeted me. I went to shoes section, had two people who worked their walk pass me. Then I got my shoes waited at the front for my turn to check out. The girl had another group walk right in front of me. While I had been waiting my turn to check out. I guess I was expecting a say yes to the dress experience. The sales associates were nice & helpful. But it's hard to really see how the bride looked without her being pinned up and there wasn't a place for her to stand to fully see the dresses. I left feeling that the time was wasted. The appt was supposed to be 2 hours but we cut it short and left about 45 mins into the appointment. The lady that helped us seemed knowledgeable but I guess I had my hopes & expectations too high.

This was an awful experience. No one helped us. We picked out our dresses, found sizes if we needed new ones, zipped ourselves up. The retail advisor seemed very annoyed anytime we asked for help but was very attentive to the ONE other bridal party in the store. We picked out what we wanted but did not order them from her. I never write reviews, but this is for my wedding, so it's pretty important to me. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Pineville David's bridal is the worst place I have ever been to. First walked in with an appointment, place was crowded no seats, we were rushed the entire time we were there. I ordered my dress mach 4th I never got a call or email not even a damn txt to tell me my dress came in. Yet the Northlake store called me to let another bridesmaid that her dress was in. I called the Pineville store they told my the dress came in March 29th today is may 1st. Not a single call to me not to any one in the party!!!

I will never shop here again. Not only was it the wort customer service experience I have ever had in my life but my dress is not ready in time. First when I put my dress on layaway I met a lady for alterations she was very rude and when I told her I was PREGNANT she stopped talking and looked at her paper and shook her head and scoffed at me.
