We arrived at David's Bridal with an appt for 6 pm. We stood in line for about 10 minutes, was finally helped, and as our consultant was called up, she said she was actually leaving and that she wasn't staying past 6. We waited for 20 more minutes with no help at all! I would NEVER go back and would never give my money to the shop. The dresses we saw while sorting through them for those 20 minutes were not worth the time in itself. Go to Classic Brides or Lilly Rose. The experience is amazing at both places.

Out of all David Bridals DO NOT PICK THIS ONE ! Worst service ever ! I have always loved David Bridals but they have turned me against the whole company ! Very poor management. They ordered a dress even told us a shipping date and then called later and told us that she had to pick another dress that wasn't available . After I had left and drove 2 hours to get there . My sister was in there this evening to try on her dream dress. The service was appalling and they even cut her appointment short! I am disgusted. She went in hoping to feel like a princess for an hour-to be the center of attention she deserved to be, for once. Instead, she left in tears. I am crushed for her. No one deserves to be treated like that. �

I went into DB looking for a simple, inexpensive wedding dress, didn't have an appt, but they accommodated us quickly. This place has the worst customer service ever! On more than one occasion I have been treated like I'm not good enough to shop there and this time when I ordered a dress they specifically asked me for my phone number to call me as soon as it came in. Then when we go to pick it up tonight we are told well they email you and if you don't email them back they call the bride? If I didn't give an email address, how did you email me? Even tho i was unsure if the other girls had ordered (i was told the dress would not be available after that day)Iwas trying to call the bride to see if they had ordered or what to do.....the lady rang the dress up said it'll be here Oct 24 if you don't need it you can exchange it for equal value.......i kept calling meanwhile paid for the dress Still at the register calling my sister she comes back look it up and then tell me certain sizes can be ordered....going to the fitting room she say the dress im trying is 12. .we'l... read more

The staff was nice, however quality and quantity of time spent with each bride to be was horrible. My bridal party information wasn't entered in the system after I provided it, they sized me wrong and gave me very few styles of dresses to try on.
