Very horrible experience! We had an appointment set up there. As we walked in there were girls standing together on there phones not paying attention to us. We literally stood there waiting for somebody to help us then 10 minutes later we got some help. They made us look for our own dresses, and did not help at all. The struggle is real. I received my dresses about a week ago and hung them safely in my closet. I wanted to try my dress on and habe my daughters try their dresses on as well and I haven't even taken any dress completely out of the bag and I'm seeing the side of my dress has snag marks on It and also the under part to my train alao looks dirty.. my youngest daughter's dress also has snag marks as Im looking over my dress im noticing quite a bit of issues

The store was too hot, no good selections, it’s not a private experience like most bridal stores. If you buy a dress there make sure it’s for a beach wedding because that’s what most of the dresses look like.

Just went there and had a bad experience. I was hounded the second I walked in the door when the employee insisted on having someone show me where the shoes are when I said I could find them on my own. I Found some dresses I liked but was hassled to death by the sales lady and extremely pushy manager. They kept telling me the dresses I liked were going to be discontinued unless I bought them today. If you’re looking for great customer service David’s Bridal is not for you. I spent a lot of money and needed to return an item under $80 and it was next to impossible!  They had every opportunity to make the customer happy and chose to be very aweful. I will not recommend David’s Bridal for customer service the manager was very rude! It’s a thumb me down for me! But I do recommend their alterations department Hae Young  does a fantastic job!

I’ve had nothing but the WORST customer service at David’s Bridal in Keizer, Oregon. During our visit to pick out the bridesmaid dresses the girls at the little front table were rude and snotty. Yesterday when I went to pick up my bridesmaid dress and a friends dress they harassed me about picking up the second dress after they had left a voicemail saying it was ok. They acted like I was trying to steal the dress and kept saying “for security purposes” I would need to call her to get approval but they didn’t need to talk to ... read more

Horrible integrity. I'm a former employee of one of the stores that closed. The employees from our local store had their unemployment blocked because instead of entering us in the system as separated they entered us as new hires and submitted new hire letters to the unemployment office. Now the unemployment office thinks we are working and I we have been denied benefits. I contacted the HR department and Mr. Kapperts said that he checked into the matter and we were not listed as current employees. Meanwhile we are getting we... read more

Terrible experience. Overcrowded, kids screaming, and not enough chairs to go around. I overheard multiple people up front complaining about the service that day. I completely understand it was a Saturday and appointments are shared, but my party felt like it was almost completely ignored. Within 10 minutes we wanted to leave. I don't recommend. You're better off going to one of the nice bridal salons in Charleston.
