I made an appointment it didn’t start till 30 mins later because my stylist was on lunch. Than why have me make an appointment? Than staff had my mother, sister and cousins standing while the bride next to me had seats for her guest. When I ask if they could have seats was told we can get them ourselves. spent 200+ on a bridesmaids dress. received it falling off the hanger and horribly wrinkled. Asked for them to steam it and was refused because they weren't altering the dress..so because I was able to buy a dress that fit me properly I don't deserve customer service. Don't buy your dress here.

Do yourself a favour and book at a Boutique. This store is an absolute nightmare. It is overcrowded. Way too many people are booked in at the same time. The assistants are running everywhere helping too many people at once. I won’t step foot in this store again. It’s worth the extra money to go to a private boutique for a more personal and professional experience.

Gave them a second chance and it was nothing but chaos from every direction. If you’re going to believe one bad review let it be this one. I will not recommend anyone ever waste their time going there and I plan to let everyone know how terrible my experience was.

I have had way better customer service at other locations! this specific location will lie to your face for a sale.....in my opinion if you are helping someone for their special day you need to be honest at all cost. I recommend shopping elsewhere

We went to David's bridal on John R. The day they called us to say that our daughters wedding dress was ready for pick up is the same day that my beautiful daughter found out she has breast cancer. The dress was already paid for. We decided to go in and see if they could send the dress back because of the circumstances but they said NO. ABSOLUTELY NOT. so we had to take the the dress home. Selection of the bridesmaids dress styles were great but they kept pulling dresses that weren’t available in the colors I wanted. Loved a few but it was terrible finding out I can’t get them. Why hand out a booklet of available colors when hardly any in the same collection can coordinate? Also, it was mentioned numerous times that I wanted the girls to feel comfortable in whatever dress so they would be getting different styles but with coordinating lace tops.
