First off I want to say that I hope I never have to come here again. While the initial dress purchasing experience was good, the alterations was an absolute nightmare. All I needed was a bustle. I had an awful experience when purchasing my wedding dress. The sales rep Shine was barley tolerating myself and my bridal party. She never brought out any of the dress my bridesmaids wanted me to try on and she didn't even listen to me when I asked to try on different styles of veils or belts. I am giving my experience two stars because it was mediocre at best. The woman who showed us the different dresses to try on was efficient and friendly but the entire experience was very impersonal. "Stylist" at David's Bridal is a loose term for sales person working on commission. The dress selection is alright, the dressing rooms are tiny and uncomfortable and packed together with other customers and there is no good place to really view the dress in its entirety. Terrible experience. This location has a particularly poor and inefficient system. It might be OK for Wedding dresses but not for other special occasion attire. However, after this experience I am glad we did not deal with them for wedding gowns. The initial manager was polite but the rest of the staff we dealt with was rude and unhelpful. Went to DB yesterday to try on bridesmaids gowns for my best friend's wedding. There were four of us trying on. We had a 3pm appointment. After we checked in, we were told to head to "that side of the store and pick out dresses you like". So we wandered to the half of the store she had pointed us to and started pulling dresses in the wine color we wanted. Another woman came up to us and asked us what we were doing. They messed up on my dress.I returned my dress for a smaller size over a month before my sister's wedding.I got my smaller dress three days before my sister's wedding.
