I loved the dress I picked at this location but the service is the WORST! To start with the girl that helped me with the dress wasn’t helpful at all, I had to go there twice to get the dress I wanted. They take a month to do alterations when in a local tailor shop can be made in 10 days! They alterations are not the best for the price you get. So please if you’re on this area go to a local bridal store instead!

Love my daughters beautiful dress but the staff really need to work on their customer service we went to pick up her dress today & had to bag it ourselves the associate didn’t even offer to help also the door knob fell of our dressing room door thank God my other daughter was on the outside to let us out

Picking my dress out was a WONDERFUL experience. The alterations on the other hand, was a complete nightmare. When I picked out my dress, I originally wanted one with sleeves but there wasn't any because it wasn't really in style. I chose to add sleeves to the dress that I picked out. Scheduled my appointment, went, got measured, paid $250 and scheduled my pick up day. Thursday I went to pick up my dress and I couldn't even get the sleeves on my arms it was SO small! Trying to find a dress for the marine ball and the service was utterly rude. I knew what type of dress I wanted from there because I screenshot the ones I wanted to try on and I just wanted to make sure I get the right size. I asked to be measured and the lady was rude and smart stating oh you have to try on our dresses to be measured. Than when I was getting measured the lady rushed and than guessed what sized I was 4X the size that I am when I went to a different place. I would not recommend this disrespectful place at all
I have been trying to call the Winston Salem location repeatedly but it cuts off my call regardless of which extension I choose. I need to speak to customer service today please.

Hello, I went to your David's Bridal location to find my wedding dress. This is for my first wedding so this find was extra special. I found my dress. It fit perfectly and I felt so beautiful in it. The manager at the time (July 2019) recommended me to buy a corset that would look great with this dress, so I did at the store the manager referred me to. They are just plain rude, uninterested, & mean every time I’ve come in to the store. The only person who showed any type of kindness was the lady who altered my dress. I’ve always had great experiences with David’s Bridal so this is super disappointing.

Very poor customer service! They try to put you in what they want you to wear instead of listing to what you want. They worker have very bad attitudes. I didnt have a good bride experience here. Will never go back.
