Think I need to give a shout out to Makaylah at David’s Bridal in Jacksonville, FL! I have been shopping for weeks for my red carpet gown. I’ve gone to every place in Valdosta and almost every single one in Jax. After shopping for hours upon hours, I found the perfect dress last weekend, Sunday. I visited your Tyler location Sept. 14 with my my mom. We were greeted as we walk in, but we were never approached by anyone asking us if we needed help or assistance in any way. I found 3 dresses to try on, walked to the dressing room. I didn’t know if I needed to tell an associate I needed a room, so I approached one and asked. I'm 2 weeks away from my wedding and still have no dress. Just went in and had the worst experience! The “manager” Megan was extremely rude, was talking about me and my guests to her staff because she was upset I only showed up with one bridesmaid (not sure what that matters to her). Ended up leaving and not trying anything on and sucks to be them because not only did they lose my business on this occasion but they lost out on money from my other 5 bridesmaids and the $250 veil I was prepared to buy today. I went in and received ZERO help, I was not brought out any sizes or help to zip up a dress. I was very disappointed. The dressing room was very small, no where to put your clothes. Old Navy has better service and dressing room services. No mirrors in the rooms, no attendant to assist, only 1 bench and 2 chairs available for the rest of the party not trying on dresses.

The service I received here was very very poor. I request that they have better communication not only with the clients but within the store as well. I am very disappointed and heart broken at the events that took place while I entrusted Davids Bridal Dartmouth, NS.
Very rude to my daughter when she picked up her $500.00 plus wedding dress we will never go back.... they need new reps or management Idk maybe both I just know I won’t be back and I will voice my opinion to my colleagues this experience was unacceptable
