David’s Bridal is the WORST. Do not buy from them. I brought 2 bridesmaids with me to choose a dress that they felt comfortable in. Upon finding one, they both tried on sizes that they would be ordering and we left. When the dresses were available for pick up one of my girls went in to get it and asked if she needed to try it on in store to make sure it fit. went here with my friend to try on dresses for her wedding and mine. they asked us to mark in their book what kind of styles we liked. after 5 dresses we asked to try on more. the lady said "you tried on all the dresses". i looked at her in annoyance and said "really?". we left immediately and took our friend elsewhere. I even bought my dress at a small boutique

Don't go to this store for any of your bridal needs ever. They messed up my order and never placed the in-store order for my veil and shoes. My appointment is this Sunday 9/29 11am. I expect my veil and shoes to be there or I am going straight to the Better Business Bureau

wouldn't never suggest the alterations department. I went back multiple times to find that my dress wasn't even touched. they charged me and arm and a leg for poor service. Not to mention leaving work early each time and driving 45 minutes. I notified the store and all I got was an automated "apology" email.

Screws up my daughters dress multiple times, mixed up the 2 bridesmaids dresses, very rude staff, completely unorganized, and causing us to do everything literally six days before the wedding. All due to their error and they did not offer any discounts or anything for there multiple errors.

I realize it's not every day that a transgender woman comes in to shop for dresses, but bringing the other staff around while I'm in the fitting room to show me off like a side show attraction is a bit tasteless...

Worst experience of my life! Ordered my dress MONTHS ago, the wedding is tomorrow and the dress was ordered in the wrong size, by the Westminster location. Went to go exchange it and there wasn’t anything in my size for the color I needed. Went to the Springs location, NOTHING! Went to Park Meadows, had to go four sizes up on a terrible, snagged, DIRTY dress!!! The manager of the store was irritated that I complained about the way the dress looked and asked for a better discount than 20% & she said, the best I can do is 30%.... read more

I went in for a fitting for a dress for my 50th birthday party in August. The dress was ordered and I had to actually order the dress in a size up and get it altered because the size I needed wouldn't be delivered on time. The date of delivery, my dress was not in the store and when I called, the associate on the phone told me that it would not be in for another two weeks and that I had plenty of time because my event wasn't until the middle of October.
