I have mixed emotions in whether I would recommend David’s bridal to someone. I do find they have a huge selection of bridal and bridesmaid dresses but the customer service is either great or awful. I purchased my dress in May and found the perfect and most amazing dress. The women who helped was pretty helpful but they double booked her and her attention was not just on me. Had a wonderful appointment! The staff was friendly and laughing with me, and paid attention to my preferences. Kristen managed to find me the right dress, right size, in store! Low stress and lots of fun—can’t wait to rock my bridesmaid dress!
I was able to find my dress yesterday all thanks to Jennifer. She was very nice, welcoming and really helpful. She was able to pick out the dresses based on what I liked and the pictures I provided. Thank you!

Had a fantastic experience! My consultant, Michelle M. was the best! I got there early and she was ready for me. She listened to exactly what I wanted. She was super helpful and informative. When ever I came out of the room she was right there to help zip me up. She even had another customer that she was assigned to and she was able to juggle us both flawlessly.
