My consultant was not very involved with my appointment. She let my bridesmaid carry 6+ dresses before offering to get her a room. She didn't ask me about style or colors, or anything about my wedding. When trying on dresses she disappeared and I had to get help from another consultant just to zip dresses up on my bridesmaid. I had questions about alterations but no staff was to be found.

I had a horrible experience. Now last min scrambling to find brides maid dresses and alterations because I was told a week before my wedding my brides maids dresses won’t be in on time. Now can’t order new ones. And was told three different prices for alterations cost.

I went over about a week and a half ago for my fitting. All that had to be done was hem and bustle. I went back in yesterday and my dress smelled like fish (or as it was described "a fishy smelling female body part" . Three of the employees smelled it, but the manager said there was no smell. They took it out back and did something to it and changed the garment bag. The manager never spoke to me after she was told, never apologized, never came and told me what they were doing to it. Lousy service as always! First round of alterations, handed the dress and basically told to get out! Don’t know why people are still shopping with this poor excuse of a company! Learned my lesson the hard way, run!!

Well, let's start with my sister and I both had scheduled appointments to pick up our dresses for my daughters wedding. They were running behind, which was not a big deal until when they called us back to try on our dresses, they told sister she could try hers on in one of the outside fitting rooms because there was a bride coming. Hello, I had an appointment. Not my problem they were running behind. Then when I tried my dress on and the hem was rolling up because it appeared they hemmed it too tightly. I’m highly disappointed with my experience at David’s Bridal. The options available for me for a wedding down were minimal in comparison to the vast amounts of bridesmaid/formal dresses available. I chose 8 dresses that I wanted to try on & we asked the consultant if she needed to see which ones the were. She said “Nope, I’ve got it.” Only 4 were pulled & made available for me to try on. I was booked for a 90 minute appointment. We were done & in the car in less than 30.

Went with my bridesmaids today to try on some dresses, one of my bridesmaids lives out of town and is only here for 3 days, I made the appointment weeks ago, we walked in and the girl was immediately a snot to us, brought us to where the bridesmaids dresses were and did a quick overview of how it worked with the numbers and finding dresses and then pointed to the dressing rooms and told us where we could go to try them on.
