Absolutely horrible customer service at the Orland Park location! They ordered me the wrong bridesmaid dress!! Even through I had the right one on, gave the girl the dress to get the information and the color, they still ORDERED THE WRONG DRESS (they did get the color right though🤔). I ordered it to come straight to my house so I didn’t have to go back in there, of course now I had to. RecommendedI bought my wedding dress and had an amazing experience here. I worked with Bethany and she immediately understood my style and brought out dresses to supplement the choices of my entourage. I would recommend her to anyone! I had been to a David's bridal in another town, and honestly wasn't impressed by the service. This particular branch has amazing consultants! In addition to Bethany, multiple other ladies came by to assist when I was trying to narrow it down, and I felt so well -taken care of. Thank you!!

Picking out the dress was a little stressful but i finally had found "the dress" I told them I was on a budget anything from $100-$300 they helped the best they could. So i finally found a dress that was $300 but it needed alternating because it was loose. I honestly didnt expect to have that many visits to get all the alterations. Well anyways my dress came out to be $800 I was pissed cause i already had put in $500 and you dont get your money back, you get instore credit which is stupid.
