We were met by a sales person who ask what our budget was, after we told her she showed us only dresses at the high end. She ignored the brides biggest desire for the dress, apparently because there were no dresses in that high of price range. I found a dress that I found that was beautiful and she immediately became critical of the style saying it was outdated, I feel she was insinuating because of my age, my taste in style was outdated ! Shame on you David’s Bridal!!! Not only will I NEVER recommend your store, I will actively tell brides not to patronize ANY David’s Bridal stores and/or products! My daughter is getting married April 2019. We have a large bridal party. Some of the young ladies reside out of town. We picked a dress months ago. Purely by accident, we find out that the dress we ordered months ago is no longer in production and the sizes may not be available. No warning. No call! Greeted at door! We were early, to our appointment, but our sales lady was very accommodating! She answered all our questions,got our measurements and dresses ordered in no time at all, and their were nine of us!
RecommendedMy experience yesterday was amazing!! Annie was extremely helpful and I found the dress of my dreams!! I loved how she asked questions about what i likes and what I didn’t like about the dresses i tried on and was very attentive! I would definitely recommend David’s and especially Annie!!

This has been the worst dress buying experience of my life and I have been in 7+ weddings. The staff lacks training and the management is rude and is not willing to take responsibility for their mistakes. I have a call into corporate and I’m hoping that they can save my faith in this company. Otherwise, I will NEVER buy another thing from a David’s Bridal store. I recommend going anywhere else for your bridal needs!
