RecommendedThis is the best David's Bridal I have been to. The staff here is excellent, they are attentive and their customer service has been great so far. I've been up to that store at least 4 times now, and they are always so friendly. It took me a few hours to pick out my perfect wedding dress and I didn't even book an appointment and they still put up with me! Improve customer service!
I never received a call informing me my dress was in. I received a voice mail with person quoting my dress had been there for 54 days! I need my dress altered and they held me up.
