I went to look for a dress during the $99 sale, and found the perfect dress for $99! 3 different times I was told the dress could be ordered in my size for $99, only to find out the dress was on the wrong rack... I still purchased the dress and wanted to add straps which I was quoted $20 which was great! I went today to pick up my dress and come to find out they don’t have straps in my color of dress and quoted close to $200 for alterations, when I should have just paid for the other dress that I loved and didn’t need any al... read more
Staff seemed to been having a bad day, stylist was hesitant to even help me after I told her what I was really interested in and my budget. Customer service was extremely lacking and being called Hun every few minutes was a bit annoying. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as it made my first dress shopping experience upsetting instead of fun and exciting.
RecommendedI love the service that I got from Aly at the Dartmouth Crossing branch! She was incredibly helpful and so sweet! Usually when I try on dresses it's stressful and annoying but Aly and all the lovely employees at the store made the entire experience so enjoyable!
They were amazing at helping me with a difficult situation. Found out I was pregnant after I bought the dress and when it did not fit at my fitting, they let me exchange my dress for one that worked for me with the baby bump. I could not have asked for better service.

RecommendedI had a wonderful experience at David's bridal in Westbury NY. Rosanna assisted me and she was fabulous. patient and honest with her opinions. I actually had to come 2x because I changed my mind about the 1st dress I bought off the rack. I was able to do an exchange with no problem. my 2nd appt I had to come alone so I had to rely solely on Rosanas opinion. she did not disappoint. I ordered a fabulous dress for my 25th wedding anniversary vow renewal. THANK YOU ROSANA & David's bridal.

I wish I could give this place a ZERO. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. ZERO RESPECT FOR THIS STORE, THE ONE WORKER WE HAD AND THE MANAGER VICTORIA. They messed up my best friends order on a dress she said yes too, then they told us on the phone to come in and pick out another dress that we could take home today, we had a appt and we show up to a clueless place where nobody knows what is going on or why we are even here.
