We went to buy the junior bridesmaid dresses yesterday. We had no help from anybody in the store. We ended buying the dresses because was the only option we had to get the color my daughter wanted.

My experience with the sales staff buying the dress was great! My only issue with them was, I wish they had advised a closer approximation for how much the alterations were going to be. They were way off. Also, alterations is way overpriced for the quality of work and service being offered. Alterations staff (Anne & Marie, if they told me their real names) were very rude and defensive. I never raised my voice, nor did I ever mistreat them. I simply requested that I get what I paid for. Every single experience I have had with Davids Bridal has been negative! It seemed like their staff was still half asleep during my appointment and didn't make me feel special at all as a bride. Lied to me about being able to return my slip and corset if I have my receipt and unopened packages. Everytime I call to ask a question I receive attitude from the staff and have to pull teeth for information.
