Our group went into the Whitehall store in July , we were treated badly they told us we would have to share a dressing room . I don’t want to say they are racist but we were the only group that the groom was with us and my sister is marrying a black male . The consultant barely waited on us . CHECK YOU ALTERATIONS CAREFULLY!!! OR BETTER YET, GO ELSEWHERE! I purchased my wedding dress from Davids and the employees were great, in helping me find a dress in my budget... I decided to have it alternated there. BIG MISTAKE!!! Unlike other shops, you get 1 shot to get it right! The alterations cost me the same amount I paid for the dress! And for such low quality work, this is ridiculous!!! As my dress basically fell apart! The part of the dress, that met the back zipper, totally came undone. The ribbon that went around... read more

David’s Bridal is horrible first of all you pay for a dress in April and you don’t get your Dress until August and to top it off you don’t get your dress until 2 weeks before the wedding then they tell you if you need alterations it will be an additional $69 and for a rush it will be another additional $25 all that for a dress you paid $189 that they turn around and put the same dress different color on sale for $89 but don’t wanna compensate you for the price never will I EVER COME BACK HERE FOR ANOTHER DRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!

RecommendedThe staff here saved me from what could have been a wedding disaster! 2 weeks out from the wedding day and my bridesmaids dress is 2 sizes too small (poor planning on my part waiting to get alterations). When ordering a new dress wasn’t an option due to availability and delivery time, I was brought back to alterations where they were able to help me on the spot, despite already being pretty busy. Everyone that I interacted with went above and beyond to help me and could not have been nicer!

RecommendedWe went to pick out bridesmaid dresses for my wedding, and I was a little nervous because I’ve heard mixed reviews about David’s Bridal. Tiffany was our consultant and she was amazing! She was so fun and patient and we had a great time . The only thing I wasn’t thrilled with is there weren’t any chairs or anything set up for us. There was a bride trying on dresses on the little stage area and it kinda felt like we were intruding on her appointment . But the service we got from Tiffany made it totally worthwhile 😊
