Worst experience ever! Will never deal with them again. Have called corporate twice trying to resolve issue of them giving my daughter a used dress instead of the new one she ordered. This has been going on for a couple months now. Wedding is quickly approaching and still no dress!

RecommendedLaketa offered the best customer service. I did not have an appointment but she assisted me while she had other clients. Everyone in the store was pleasanr despite the busy Saturday morning. Customer service goes a long way. Thanks for going the extra mile Laketa!!!

So, I did like this dress by the end of it, had to have it altered, no problem it looked amazing. It has a stunning lace overlay. On my wedding day, we were married at the court house. The lace had large lateral slits where it was comming apart from it's self. I have owned alot of lace in my time and have never had this problem. I was there in patient because it was my sister's wedding but the service was awful as far as they didn't have the dress so they had to call around I waited over 2 hours just for them to get override code because they could not find the dress that I needed it would be my preference for a place that I will go to if I were to get married
Changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I ordered a dress a few months ago and the stylist swore up and down that I needed it in a size that was two sizes too small. I tried to return it, but they wouldn't take it back because I left the store with it. When I tried to go back to try on dresses without an appointment (even though the girl I spoke to on the phone said there were openings), they acted like I was the antichrist.
