there not friendly when it comes to a plus size woman their selection of bridesmaid dresses are not up to par as far as every other size that they might have. it's o we can o order it but it would be more. hello people plus-size people did not just get fat just because they want to it's also due to a medical condition. Terrible customer service. After voicing that I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money on a dress, I was basically told I am too poor to afford their dresses and that I should look elsewhere. What was supposed to be a fun day out with my mom and sister ended terribly because of how badly we were treated in this store. Just awful.

I was very disappointed in this place. I already bought a wedding dress here so I wanted to get my bridesmaids dresses here. My MOH was here before me wanting to get everything set up. She was ignored and when finally approached told “well I’ll just talk to the bride”. My friends were greeted rudely. We get our consultant and she asks if all three of my bridesmaids can share a room. Kind of weird but we think no big deal. We ask for a chair and apparently that’s only for bride appointments.
