Very disappointed in the staff, they didn't allow us to look at anything, no one offered to help; especially the manager, glad We drove to their Tampa location they are great�. Only one employee was helpful in clearwater was Kaitlin.

I went to David’s bridal to look for a bridesmaid dress along with 5 other bridesmaids and the bride. We were all in agreement that it was less than a desirable experience. None of us had any experience with bridesmaid dresses and although we were greeted we were then left to be our own consultants. The bride asked if we could be measured as we all were not sure. I've visited this location twice to try on dresses for my wedding. Both times I arrived early and was told to "browse the dress section" while waiting for my consultant to finish with other brides. The first time I pulled some clearance dresses to try on and waited another 15 minutes to wait for my consultant. I did not get measured, was handed a slip and helped into my dresses. Horrible experience at David’s Bridal!! I made an appointment for my bridesmaids three, almost four, weeks in advance! When we arrived, we were treated like a walk-in. I filled out the appointment questionnaire online which said i would have three girls there to try on dresses, but my consultant said “only one dressing room was available so all my girls would have to squeeze into one or take turns” but the welcome desk woman said “we could only have that room until ‘consultant x’ showed up” which was only an hour later. I went to David’s Bridal with two of my bridesmaids to find bridesmaids dresses. It was a really horrible experience for all of us. We were on time for our appointment, but our bridal consultant was late to come get us. I corrected he information that they had put wrongly on their documents, however, these changes (like the spelling of my name) have never been corrected. Showed up early for our appointment and we did not get seen until 20 mins after our appointment time, started off with one chair and one fitting room for party of 7. Felt very rushed the entire time. After brining multiple dresses to try on was told we only had 10 minutes left. Others were not being rushed. Very disappointed with this experience as this is suppose to be a fun and happy time and instead it turned into a very rushed and was not enjoyable.

I’m not very happy with my last few visits here and after today i will not be returning, i will just drive another 25 mins to the location in Springdale. I try to give this location chance after but i am tired of the rudeness , being rushed & also being lied too . I understand it is prom season but that should not take over your whole store and all your employees. It’s not fair to the brides and their families who are spending thousands for their wedding day . I spent more time waiting in line to check out than I spent in my alteration appointment. With the that said, the staff was very kind and apologetic. If the corporate office would give their staff a better way to handle large group check outs (or check outs in general), this problem could be solved easily. Please note: If I had not had this issue, I would have given this review five stars.
