1 Star for the front desk and appointment policy: I was here looking for a dress for a senior recital. When I was about to try on a dress, a lady from the staff turned me away from the dressing room saying that I need to make an appointment first. Mind you I’ve been to a David’s Bridal before and I NEVER had to make an appointment, they just let me try on dresses. I go to the front desk and was told that at 1pm I would have an appointment, which meant my family and I would have to wait a half and hour for trying on 2 dresses... read more
Terrible experience the people were very rude and after calling to see if they had the dresses I wanted my bridesmaids to try on they did not have 2 of them. I bought my wedding dress at David's bridal in palm bay and they are very friendly and super helpful I have decided to take my money back to them!
I am one of the Bridesmaid's for my cousins wedding this upcoming July. Well me and the other Bridesmaids were there yesterday with the soon to be Bride. The consultant (I can't remember her name) really didn't know how to do her job. She was measuring all of the Bridesmaids and she got the measurements wrong a few times and she either gave us dresses that were too big or too small. All of us were getting aggravated and wanted to leave.
Very rude! Did not seem to want to help unless you were buying dresses that same day.
Rude, unorganized, and horrible customer service. Confirmed my appointment 3 times via phone, text, and email and told them I was going to be late ahead of time due to a prior engagement. When I showed up, one person was at the front checking in the line of people then told me someone was going to find me. By the time someone came around, I was told that the 90 minute appointment I was supposed to have was actually 60 minutes and that I'd have to reschedule.
