I ordered my dress the beginning of January for my wedding at the end of April. I was told I would get a phone call and email once the dress arrived. I have been patiently waiting and waiting. Today I called them to follow-up. It turns out the dress arrived on 1/31! 3 weeks ago!!!! No call. No email. Nothing. My daughter and I made an 8p appt on 2/21. We arrived 10 minutes early (we were actually able to arrive at 7p but this was the only appt). We were signed in and explained that we were there to look at the Vera Wang collection. We were directed to the racks and another associate arrived within a few minutes. My daughter is getting married so off we went. The appt was 130-300. Diane was our consultant and was really nice, however I feel like we were played. My daughter found a dress that lit up her face. When I asked the price, as there was no tag, I was told 499.99. She found it on the Cleary rack. Great, we’ll take it! However, when we got to register the whole trip went down hill. Several weeks ago...approx Jan 15 myself and several of my bridesmaids had a scheduled appointment. I was called the day before to confirm we were attending, and I called back and confirmed our appointment. It was quite an unfortunate experience. We were all on time for our appointment. No one helped us for over a half hour. I explained my frustrations to a young lady who offered to help, but she never identified herself as not working for DB she was an employee of men's wearhouse. I have NEVER had a worse experience at any store ever. Not even at Walmart. They did absolutely nothing to try and help me in my situation when their computers are what deleted my wedding profile to begin with. The blond haired manager was snide and just plain RUDE. If I didn’t have to go back to get my dress out of alterations, I would never go back again. DO NOT GO!
Me and my daughter went there on Friday . It a worst place ever that we ever seen how the maids treat their customers. My daughter asked them for the fitting room, they told my daughter that the fitting room is full. I went to see the fitting room it not that much of peoples in there, they had plenty of fitting room that haven't use yet. We found a dress waiting to pay.
