My experience was extremely terrible! I purposely set up the appointment for the David’s Bridal in Manhattan because my experience with the Brooklyn branch was just horrific! However, it left much to be desired! First, the bathroom was extremely unsanitary and completely unacceptable given the time of day and expected consumer crowd for a Saturday evening! We went to David’s bridal for our bridesmaid dresses and it was the worst. We had our appointment scheduled for well over a month and we all were really looking forward to it. The woman that helped us was terrible! She was helping everyone else but us, or running up to the front to do other things. At one point as we were lookin for dresses on our own she said “ I feel like I’ve abandoned you” umm that’s because she did. These people are the most unorganized place I have ever been to. No place to set down and had 2 grandmothers that needed to set. Wouldn’t bring the dress we ask for and then, finally went and got them ourselves. After 2 hours came and told us our time was up. Never said about a time limit. Never go to the 1 on Gallatin Pike!!!
The bride should have a more personal private experience. It was to crowded.
Every time I come here most of the staff are so rude. I came in for 2 bridesmaid dresses and have never been treated with such attitude from the two girls in the front to check in. I don’t understand why these women work here if they display ugly upset faces, do everyone a favor and get another job. For the 2 stars I would like to commend kelly who helped me and who had apologized for these girls behavior. SAD.....if not for her I would have lost it on these girls. I would not recommend coming here whatsoever.
It was very chaotic, not so many selections, price is still outrageous, and associate very slow ringing up our parties dresses

In Chattanooga, TN the overall experience is nice but when someone is looking for a dress that needs alterations the girls out on the floor helping them need to be clear about the pricing of the alterations or get the actual person who is doing the alterations to answer the questions. The girl helping me told me a set price for alt, when I went in today it was over double what I was expecting to pay. Since when has David's Bridal become self service? My fiance and I went to the David's bridal in charleston wv 2 weekends ago and the service was horrible. It was on a Saturday fairly early in the day before it started to get busy. We were helped right away but about 3 dresses into the fitting we were brushed aside for other customers and our associate spent more time chatting with customers and other associates than she did helping us.
