Dress shopping was nice and easy, lots of selection. They have everything you need here. I have returned several times for jewelry and accessories. Ashley in alterations was AMAZING. So nice, easy to work with and does great work. Update: unfortunately I have to change my review from 5 stars down to 2. While everyone was nice and helpful, the alterations did not hold up. After wearing the dress for only 2 hours, the headband I had them sew on my waist fell off on one side. I had to safety pin it back on for my ceremony. Aft... read more

Very disappointed in Davids. I bought my dress about 2 months ago and received great service from Shai while I was trying on dresses BUT when I went to pick it up yesterday they brought my dress out WRINKLY, the seams are not pressed AND they wanted me to spend more money on a garment bag!!! I spent $1500 on a dress for it to be WRINKLY and try to squeeze more money for a bag ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! For a 1500 dress you can't even put it in a decent bag.

If you want people who care about your experience, if you don’t want to be lied to by the manager on duty, if you don’t want to have go through a hassle with corporate (who was perfectly nice and easy to deal with) to get a refund after this store messed up your order twice then DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE.

This was the first place I went to try on bridal gowns, Olivia’s customer service blew me away! I ended up falling in love with the 5th dress I tried on, she knew exactly what I was looking for. The customer service is horrible, everyone in there was complaining!!! I feel like they really shop for the most unfriendly and unhelpful people they can find to.hire.

I had the worst experience at David's bridal on Bardstown rd I called before to see if they had the dress I was looking for and they said they had it in my size but the wrong color which was fine (also had a size up and a size down). I asked them if I needed a appt. they told me no only on the weekend. So I drove up to the Davids bridal on Bardstown rd and waited for 20 minutes to be signed in and had to wait longer for someone to help me.
