Absolute worst place... do not go here!! Poor customer service and rude seamstress!!!!!

Wow. Just wow. I have to be honest. I really enjoyed my shopping experience.. the bridal consultant was so sweet. I'll have to find her name.. shorter Hispanic and super sweet. Anyway fell in love with dress.. my dream dress. Bought it... It arrived.. went for fitting.. I just didn't like the experience.. I left feeling really uneasy.. basically I was told since my wedding was in April (sized in Late Jan) I couldn't gain or loss a pound.. sure. Hard to save at David’s Bridal!!! Don’t go here. I thought I was buying a reasonably priced wedding dress until I brought it in for alterations and they literally want more money for alterations than the dress cost!! You may think you’re saving money on a discounted dress but just wait until you need it altered.

The staff that greets you at the door are rude. I was told by 4 different employee's that they had a special going on for no interest for 12 months. Well come to find out it was only 6 months and that special didn't start until today! Someone needs to get their damn story straight!

I have never felt like my business has EVER been SO UNWANTED before in my entire life. EVERYONE is beyond rude, have bad attitudes & has NO customer service skills. I was directed with attitude as soon as I went through the door just because I didn't "BOOK" an appointment (But, y'all have a walk in sign in sheet) ** that on one told me to sign in on. A month ago, 3/4 bridesmaids went into David's to try and find different style dresses and different colors. The consultant was very helpful, pulled lots of styles, and we each found a dress we loved. The bride approved the color pallet (all different colors) and the styles went well together. The consultant then told us that we should order the dresses 12 weeks before the wedding, and we would be fine. Very disappointed with this location. I worked for Davids for many years and never thought to discriminate people and that’s what they did to my family on Sunday. My aunt experienced a bridal nightmare. The women were very unprofessional and rude. I then spoke with a manager (Holly) and she didn’t once apologize for the horrid experience. My aunt was treated badly and was walked over to the clearance rack immediately without asking her what she wanted. She was never given a tour, sized or told how it all works. For my first appointment to look for a wedding dress I arrived early. The lady that helped me was nice, but there was no focus on my appointment. My matron of honor actually had to go and find my dresses for me. I feel like appointments should be more personal, and the person assisting you should focus on YOU, because this is a special time!!� My alteration appointment went better.
