We had an appt here today. The salesgirl (believe her name was sara) we had was very rude and made us feel rushed. she made it clear after we tried on a few dresses that we only had ten more minutes left and that after that she cannot guarantee that we could have a dressing room to try anymore on. There were four of us and she already had us sharing two rooms... lets just say they lost our sale!!!
Today was a disaster. I thought making an appointment meant they would have someone to cater to you and your guests, but I was wrong. They assigned someone, on their very first day, to our group and another group. It took her at least 15 minutes to get 2 dresses for 5 girls. She then took us back to the fitting rooms where everyone was supposed to be together, but they had put a bride to be in the same area, making it so one of my girls had to go to the other side, by herself, to try on dresses. Thanks so much to Kellie we found the perfect wedding and brides maid dress! She was amazing at picking out the perfect dresses and was above all sweet and very helpful I recommend anyone who goes up there to ask for her!

Rude alterations lady. I just got my wedding dress and wanted to try it on and see what all would need to be done and the lady started telling me and my family “this isn’t how it’s done we can’t do anything today. Why are you here?”
Horrible experience here. I had previously had a couple good experiences at DB in Greenfield but recently went with a bride and we were treated terribly, not only by the staff but by the woman who later introduced herself as the store manager. Not the mention the selection for curvy girls was terrible. Went with a dress online and it was fabulous! Don’t waste you time here. I do hope that a member of the DB management team reaches out to me about our experience.
I went in the last week to get a bridesmaid and the sales associate insulted another bridesmaid front the bridal party by rolling her eyes when found out her bra size was a 38 F. The manager handled it by giving us a discount. However when I went in today to pick up my bridesmaids gown, I received more poor service again when I went to try on wedding gowns for an upcoming vow renewal. Very rushed, due to possiable under staffing. Not personable at all, dresses snached from hands with no option to try on more. Snippy and rude when mother of bride (who was also supposed to have time to try a dress on) was looking at dresses. When asked about appointments we were told we could have all tried on dresses at the same time. Which is not how this 'fun' time should have gone. Living 6 hours away and not being about to come back made this visit very disapointing
It is ok. Sucks that you only have so much time, an hour. than you have to come back and make another appointment. It would be nice to have longer, we were almost there.
