Giving 5 stars for BRANDY who made my best friend feel important and beautiful today when she was trying on dresses for her wedding. She was so kind, sweet and over all a joy to work with. 5 stars also for Crystal who helped us bridesmaids get dresses we needed as well - she was a pleasure to work with. Picking out a wedding dress for your special day should be one of the most memorable experiences for a bride, however Caroline made this a highly memorable experience in the worst possible way. I walked into the store, and I could tell she barely had time for me. She didn't ask me what my budget was or what styles I was looking for. I showed her one I was interested in, and she spent 15 minutes tracking it down to only realize they didn't have it in store. I have been here twice now, the first time I accompanied my sister as she tried on bridal gowns and the second time for bridemaid dresses. Both experiences were terrible. The employees were rude not only to each other but us as customers. The trying on area was so compact you could hardly get a look in the mirror and were constantly bumping elbows with other customers.
Went to help a close friend try on wedding dresses for her wedding, the associate helping us was not much of a help. Apparently they work with two appointments at a time. Her other appointment came in and was a few feet from us, the associate ended up leaving my friend with the first 3 dresses she brought and left her to help her other appointment. Went up to ask her to bring another dress that my friend saw and would have love to tried on but she ignore me and never came back. Really didn’t ask her or came in with the dress... read more
Went in with two of my bridesmaids to get an idea of what we liked. The lady at the front explained to us where everything was and if we were interested in trying anything out to let her know. She was nice. As we looked through the dresses, the bridesmaids found a few things they wanted to try on. We were about to walk over to ask if we can try on these dresses when an employee approached us and told us that they didn’t allow people to take the dresses off the rack and grabbed them from us and put them back on the racks??? Once they learned my sister had a budget the service was mediocre at best. Other bridal parties had chairs- we sat on the floor. I had to ask for the bell once her dress was chosen. And it was pretty much here’s your option... not an array of items to choose from. I was displeased- but my sister was happy and it was her day- so with that being said... I’ll leave it at that!

My experience here was great between my consultant and alterations I have been three times. I really enjoyed the people who specifically worked with me. The only thing that prevents it from being a five is a lady who did not do anything for my appointments but was working there. During my final fitting and after spending a lot of money with the shop, my alterations consultant realized they forgot to steam my veil and slip. Do not go here and expect help. Only tried on 5 dresses to figure out what style and was told I would have to leave. After driving over a hour taking off work and trying to have a good day dress shopping we made sure before we left if we went over the ap time that we could stay and was told that yes... it was a nightmare.
