I went in last Saturday and found my dress. Had a great consultant and everything was fine until it came time to pay. They had me do the transaction on their iPad system with my debit card. It showed it cleared through my bank but not on their system, so they asked me to go up front and they would do it on their main land lines. I wanted to buy mother of bride dress but she said she couldn't tell me how much it would cost to do alterations. Who wants to buy a dress not knowing the price. No thank guess I won't buy your dress. Too bad I liked dress
Horrible selection and customer service, not one question about the event just date and budget. No reccomendations really just felt like I was inconveniencing the consultants by being there. Several walked around organizing the dresses and never approached us to either help or greet. Disappointing to say the least.
Absolutely the worst customer service! My daughter tried on a white dress and that’s what we thought was being ordered but it was the old “bait and switch” game. She was shipped an ivory dress and now are being lied to and getting the run around!!! I called and the manager was supposed to call me back, she called my daughter instead and left a sarcastic message. I’m furious I wasn’t called back instead!
I placed the order for my new wedding dress on 1/6/18 and I received a call on 1/11/18 (for another bride again) and when I called the Southaven,MS store back I was asked to be placed on hold and then told my dress was in. Fast forward to tonight I went to go pick it up and told the consultant that I was afraid to see the dress because it came back so fast and she informed me that the dress came from another store and I looked it over and it had snags, a hole in the side, hanging threads from missing beads, and stains under ... read more
Selection of dresses under $100 was so small it should not be advertised. Literally less than 10 dresses and only 1 size of each.
I had two appointments with the East Brunswick location one from myself the bride and the other for the bridesmaids I wasn't too happy that I felt rushed looking at wedding dresses. However the young lady who helped me was fantastic at her job, I love her and if I decide to come back I would only work with her. My only real problem was when my bridesmaids were trying on dresses I didn't like our attendant, she was very welcoming at first and helped bring over a few dresses to us but there was a time were we did see her for ... read more
I never do these reviews but I had to say something this time. I went to the Green Bay location on Saturday Jan 13th. I didn't have an appointment and they were very busy so I understood when they said I'd have to wait for an available consultant. No big deal. My friends and I browsed and picked several dresses. About a half hour of waiting and I was told I was next for a room and a consultant BUT my consultant was nearly done with her shift so my appointment would have to be shorter than normal.
