Not as many dresses in stock as I thought would be there. Definitely not enough workers to help all the women, my consultant should only be focusing on me and not another bride. Each bride should have their own, so that they get enough help. I did however find a few dresses that I liked and where added to my wish list which I have no clue where it’s at. Not sure if it’s on line or at the store. I was never told.
My best friend was getting us fitted and trying to find her bridesmaid dresses... we had Staci who rushed us and gave us dresses that we couldn't fit even when we advised her we were trying to find our sizes It was busy I understand but chasity had an appointment and I felt like she should not have been rushed
My experience was awful, after being pestered on 4 seperate occasions to confirm my appt, twice via email & twice via text when we arrived we had to wait over 15 minutes for our attendant to show up. After the girl at the counter had paged her twice & at that point we were tired of waiting, I waited 8 more minutes then went up to the counter to inquire what was going on & the woman at the counter simply said yeah I know they booked "Elaine" with three different 12:30 appointments & she is still busy with her prior appointme... read more
I have been going here since I was in high school. I am getting married and went in to get dressed for my flower girl and bridal party. We were treated every rudely. Today I went in with my mom and the lady(Candee) who helped us was amazing. Everyone else was rude. We asked a lady who was in passing a simple question and she came back with a very rude tone “we don’t do that here!” And walked away. Its sad they cant bring you what you ask for in your size being they're so "big and popular" you would think they had better service and dresses. They sucked!. The consultant was judgey they didn't have the dresses we wanted in the sizes we wanted. Meaning if you're not a size 6 or a size 22 you're not getting a dress that fits. Seriously? Do not recommend this place at all !
DB did not make me feel like a bride or special at all. I felt like a giant inconvenience & the lady wasn’t helpful at all. It was very disheartening.
They guy who helped me deserves 5 stars he was pretty great. He was trying his best to find me what I wanted I even stayed past my appointment time and he was still willing to help. However they did not have a wide selection of wedding dress in my opinion.
