Not a Great experience. My daughter was left alone a lot in the room waiting for help . Seating was taken over by kids playing and family members. When my 12yr and I finally squeezed into a seat, we were told by a worker that we must move to make room for a bigger wedding party. What ??? Seriously ? It was not the joyful experience I had hoped it to be. Never again !
We came into David’s bridal Jan. 22 looking for Mother Of the bride & Mother of the groom dresses. Molly worked with us and she was very professional, Pleasant and a enjoy to work with!!! I would have given a 4 or 5 star if the mother’s did not have to share the same dressing room & it was sooo Crowded it was difficult to move. Everything else was fine, thank you Molly!!!
Endless complaints from people I know on how employees have treated their customers. Something has got to give
1/15/18 11am appointment. We arrived 15 minutes early, they took us immediately. McKenzie found the perfect dress for Senior prom. Entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We were done in half hour
Went here this last weekend with my daughter & her bridesmaids to look for bridesmaids dresses. Worst experience ever! & we have been to multiple wedding shops. The girl (Tori) who was "helping" us had a terribly negative attitude, which upset the bride very much!! She did not even try to make this a happy positive experience for the bride & her bridesmaids at all!! It seemed she was not happy about being at work & she completely took it out on us! I found my dress, and I am in LOVE!! But the same day we picked out bridesmaids dresses. It was a rose gold metallic lace dress and they had the option of 4 necklines in the same dress so i let my bridesmaids pick any of the 4. They assured me it would be in the system and even put the matching $80 junior bridesmaids dress in with my name so when they came in to order it would be on file. I am sooo disappointed with my experience. I went in to find my wedding dress and I did! We went to pay and it kept ringing up for the wrong price. So we kept telling her no, the tag said this price. So she called over her manager who was extremely rude, and instead of checking the dress, she just discounted the price to what we said it was. I have never given a bad review for any company I have been to.. but this particular business was so awful.. I have no idea how they are still in business. I really hope it’s just this store and not all David’s Bridal stores but I will not be purchasing dresses for my bridesmaids, flower girl or my wedding dress from here.
