I am not one to complain about much, but this store is very unorganized. My friend had us order our bridesmaids dresses here and it turned into a disaster. She told them multiple times which ones she wanted and when they ordered the wrong ones. I had to drive back to exchange it (with another one of the bridesmaids dresses because somehow our orders were put together? ) And after complaining they offered to ship it for free. Not the best customer service. It's like they lost sight of what wedding shopping is all about. Whom ever is on your sales floor has to know how to SELL. The lady that assisted us was not on her A game. We walked out and purchased a dress at another place near by. They focused on us and adding small necessary touches. You have to know your product to be able to sell it and you have to want to assist and level with the customer!

absolutely a joke!!! your bathroom was stopped up and there was another working bathroom ( for men) that one of your employees told me I could use and 2 others said I could not. one of your employees Jennifer actually tried to stop me whilst I was opening the door to use it. she also rolled her eyes at me for another customer to see and the 4 ladies that were with me saw. unprofessional and rude. either act the way you're supposed to act when people are thinking about spending money or get another fucking job. grow up! ... read more

All you future brides to be, do NOT waste your time at David's Bridal in Evansville. Worst experience ever. Customer service was terrible, they kept bringing me dresses trying to get me to put them on rather then the ones I picked out, my stylist was no where to be found half the time, my bridesmaids had to help with EVERYTHING, stylist was rude and cocky and looked like she hadn't showered in days, and stylist and seamstress bickered at each other the whole time. I'm going to start off this review by saying how disappointed and disgusted I am with the service I was given at the Edmonton location bridal shop. I live 4 hours away and made the travel to come for my appointment and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I arrived and my consultant was 20 minutes late to help me, which I wasn't even upset about because I understand that happens at times. When I went to find my wedding dress, I had the best associate, she was helpful and paid attention to me even though she was running in between me and another bride. She answered all my questions fully & helped ease my anxiety about finding the right dress. I couldn’t have been happier that day. When I brought my bridesmaids, it was an entire different story, I had already been in once with only 2 of my girls, but picked our dress on that day. Terrible customer service. Didn’t listen to the requests of the bride. When they realized the appointment wasn’t going well they asked for help. We offered suggestions, and dress styles she liked. Apparently the woman didn’t like our suggestions. So she turned us over to another consultant. Who walked away and left us unattended. We left after 20 minutes of no assistance.

Terrible customer service..consultant (Michelle) was not listening to what the bride was looking for in a dress..another friend with us gave suggestions and also pulled dresses and consultant was very obvious in her comments and body language that it irritated her..Michelle then let Jimmie take over and Jimmie promptly ignored the fact that we were still there..she began working the register and tending to other customers. I would NEVER recommend David’s Bridal to anyone.
