I had an amazing experience at Davids Bridal with rockstar stylist Olivia!! She understood the look I was going for and picked up on the details I love and found me the perfect dress and perfect veil. I ended up not even trying on the dress I fell in love with in, while browsing online!! Can't wait to go back for bridesmaids dresses!!

I’m not generally one to bother with these reviews, but I’m thoroughly disappointed in the customer service I and my sisters have received from this location on more than one occasion. After spending quite a bit of money at this store I don’t think I will be using them for future occasions. The employees I have dealt with weren’t the most pleasant to deal with, and seemed irritated to be bothered with. There today and while waiting on the bride to arrive (my sister) my mom and myself were looking at dresses and I pulled one off and walked across the store to show my mom and the very rude lady comes and jerks it out of my hand and tells me not to take them off the racks. Now while I understand that they don't want them getting mixed up it would have been better if she could have asked in a better way and been a little nicer. Although our experience with our saleslady was great, so NEVER mentioned all sales are final. It was NOT circles on our receipt. No ONE mentioned this policy, despite their claiming they did. We just wouldn't have spent that much money, at all. We would've waited. So, super disappointed in a policy that is super horrible.
I was very excited to book my appointment here. When I booked, I was told to go online and star all my favorite dresses I wanted to try on and they would have them pulled for my appointment! I was so excited I spent quite some time going through all the dresses on the website and falling in love with a few. The first visit when I started looking at dresses was good, until the manager of this location kept butting in and taking over for the salesperson. She was doing a great job, until the manager came over. Then when it came time for my alterations and fittings, each time I came, I had a different person help me. I was in there last night, my stylist was more worried about the girl next to me then actually helping me. When I told her what my budget was that's about the time that my bridesmaids had to start helping me because the stylist was no where to be found. She didn't help me zip up the dresses I tried on, all in all not the experience I was hoping for. I felt like she didn't want to help me because I didn't have the biggest of budgets and couldn't afford a $700+ dress.
