Terrible customer service by the consultant. I'm so glad our bride found her dress by the help of her bridesmaids. This is the second bad experience at this store. We are thankful for the consultant that tried to step in a fix the situation.

I am not one to write reviews, but I have to get this out... We checked in for our 1 hour appointment and the dresses were pulled and we never saw the woman Elizabeth helping again. Then went to the register and was disrespected by the manager when I asked to apply the Military discount to my order since I am a Military Veteran. I showed her my drivers license which now carries the Veteren logo on it. She proceeded to tell me no no that is only a driver's license... I felt rushed and pushed to pick a dress that day... And I told the associate my price range and not one dress was close to it...

I went with my friend, Caroline, to pick out our dresses for a music group at our college - we need them for next semester. We were ignored from the moment we walked in until we checked out. Although one worker made sure to bump into me, basically pushing me out of her way, while I was looking for dresses to try on. When we found dresses to try, we had to find our own fitting rooms. Was happy when I got my dress here. But knowing I was losing weight I waited on my bra for underneath. When I returned to get it i got very little help. She got the bra for me and that was it left me to help others. When I told her I couldn't button it she just said oh... I ended up having my son go outside and get my soon to be husband to help me with it!!! Beyond unhappy!

I had an appointment this afternoon to try on my wedding dress to have my "say yes to the dress" moment and to pick out bridesmaids dresses with my wedding party and family. My daughter made an appointment for yesterday at the GREENWOOD, IN Davids Bridal. We were a few min late, but of course we called ahead telling them that we were in traffic, and would be there as soon as we could. Upon arrival, we were all standing there for several min while Alicia filled out paperwork. I thought ONLINE REGISTRATION was adequate, but apparently not. Waited a long time, I think we were forgotten, then the sales lady was booked with a bride at the same time (after waiting 25 min.). Then, the prom dress was damaged, so we wanted to order, waited another 10 minutes...to be told it would be a $30 rush fee to get in a month!
