Place the employees are very snotty and rude and very unaccommodating they don't care if you're holding a baby they just plowed right into your to you to move it is ridiculous I have never in my life!!

We got there early for our appointment and they forgot about us. We waited for 45 minutes before I decided to say something and then our consultant was nice but pretty unhelpful. She only helped my bridesmaid get out of maybe 2 out of the 10 dresses she tried on. Pretty useless, but whatever I didn't really mind because at that point I didnt have high expectations anyway. I wouldnt go back but it wasnt the most horrible experience either.

Extremely disappointed with their service. My sister ordered all her bridesmaid dresses through here and they were suppose to be all lavendar and one ended up being a darker purple. All the bridesmaid lived far apart and we didn't notice the difference until we were all together at the wedding. The photographer struggled photoshopping it and my sister was devastated. My sister in law who i also stood for also had a horrible experience who fell in love with a wedding dress there and kept getting faulted dresses once purchased... read more

Went to look for some bridesmaids dresses today and got the worst service. The front desk people were quite nice but when it came to the person helping us it felt as though she could care less. She was very rude and seemed to be trying to hurry us up. Before I was even done trying on dresses she took my name off the door I was in, I'm guessing to give to someone else? We left soon after given it seemed we were annoying her, although, it is her job to help. I'm glad we got our dresses elsewhere. Never again.

Let me start by saying this is my 3rd review I have submitted and no response. I had my appointment and from the start I felt like I deserved better. 1. Overbooked...took long time to get sized and get dresses 2. They put me in a corner 3.Why couldn't I get a stage.I'm getting a wedding dress 3. My mom had to tie/zip me up 4. So me and a few friends went to David's bridal in evansville this evening to look for my wedding dress. Just a fore warning, we received the worst service ever. Mind you we didn't make an appointment, but we were not being disrespectful. We understand being busy in retail.
