I came with my best friend (bride to be) for a bridal appointment along with some of the other bridesmaids and her future mother in law. Our consultant Amber was horrible! We went today which we expected to be busy because it was a Saturday but it took about 20 min for the consultant to even greet our party. Entering the store: we booked two time slots for an appointment for bridesmaids dresses ahead of time. We had the bride and 7 bridesmaids. Upon arrival, we had to wait 15 minutes for a room as they were not prepared ahead of time for us. The experience: when a stylist was finally assigned to us, you could tell she didnt care. She was unattentive, unfriendly and unhelpful. She ended up only giving us one change room, which we ended up having 2-3 brodemaids try dresses on at the same time. I booked a 330 appointment today and after spending over an hour waiting to get the dress brought to the dressing room which I had to ask even to get a dressing room, I was told that the item is discontinued and cannot be ordered. Making an appointment there makes no difference at all. I sat for almost 30 minutes and a half zip dress while they went to go retrieve another that I had to remind them about. When I finally got the opportunity to check out I checked out with manager who said so sorry Saturdays were busy.

People where rude they would help you with styles and then tried to make me feel like I had to make a decision on a bridesmaid dress I wasn't even sure about. They didn't want to help once they found out I didn't want a wedding dress once me and my bridesmaid started picking out dresses the help disappeared was highly dissatisfied with the service and the place.
I booked an appointment for myself, as well as 4/6 of my bridesmaids. We started to browse for dresses we wanted to try on. The consultant told us we only had ONE hour and that we needed to hurry. They only had one room available for us to try on dresses. The fitting area was so jammed with people that we didn't even have a place to sit. It was absolutely awful. We tried on one dress and left. Also, FYI they will NOT exchange any dresses. I bought my gown here and I will NEVER shop here again!!
This David's Bridal is awful! My friend and I went to try on our bridesmaids dresses. There was one bride in there and 5 workers standing around. We told them the bride's name that was registered so we can try on that dress. We had to wait over an hour to have someone help us. We were given various excuses. I had an appointment at 11:00. They were late getting us started and then we had to wait on dressing rooms because someone else was in "our" dressing room. It was very crowded and I feel like it was very rushed also. We were picking out bridesmaid dresses and I wanted my mom to try on dresses also. We were told we were in a rush they were busy and she may not have time to try them on. You can only try on dresses with an appointment? They don't even have 1 dressing room that they will let you try on anything! They have rooms not being used but because they don't have enough workers for each dressing room you can use them. This is not the first time Davids Bridal has disappointed us. I thought maybe we would give them another try but they still seem bitchy!
