Very dissatisfied. I've never actually taken the time to write a poor review before, but my bad experience warrants some action. The sales person/stylist did not explain the process to us, leaving us all pretty confused on what we were supposed to do. When we finally got some dresses the stylist disappeared and we had the manager following up with us (who was very nice and helpful!) instead. Just a bad experience in general, beginning and ending with the stylist who was supposed to be helping us.

We had the appointment scheduled to try on a dress that we had checked out ahead of time so knew what we wanted. The dress wasn't the size we requested so my daughter couldn't even get it on. She was offered another one to try and that didn't fit either. It was very disappointing to say the least. As her friend said"It was like going to the Walmart of dress stores"

Store was nicely laid out and easy to look through. Consultant was nice but did not ask budget and could not pull the dresses I wanted to try as they did not have all sizes in stock. This wasn't the best place for a plus sized bride (especially one on a budget). I do appreciate the friendly staff but this store should update their stock more often.

My best friend is getting married. We had two appointments, first being the bridal. The consultant didn't listen very well. My friend kept telling her she looked boxy, didn't like traditional etc. Annndd she kept pulling same kind of dresses. The consultant didn't even allow my friend to pick out the dresses she would even want to try on. Told her she wasn't allowed to look. My experience could have been alot better but the fact that they overbooked is horrible, Rhonda was great and patient as I was with her, she just kept apologizing for not being able to give me her full attention but again the store overbooked the ladies which which is very unprofessional.

Never ever go to this location!!! The staff is awful. They are rude, unprofessional, and they are liars. It's funny how this store told me they could not fix my wedding dress problem but another location had no problem doing it. No matter how close you are to this location take the extra time and go somewhere else. The staff is not attentive to a brides needs, are not up front about dresses, and really will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get the sale. So disappointing.
