Horrible experience. It was as though our budget wasn't large enough they had no time for us. The bride next to us,her budget was $2000.00 they provided her great service.

Overbooked appointments, so 1 dressing room for 4 girls to use. Then to get kicked out after an hour and to tell us to make another appointment. We have jobs and things going on. Not that easy to get everyone together. They don't have any sizes to try on. I don't feel comfortable buying a dress when the size I tried on was 4 sizes too big. I don't want to guess. Yes they have an alterations department, but why would I want to spend all that extra money when all I probably needed was to try on the correct sizes?

Our consultant was 26 minutes late for our appointment and then had 2 clients so our bride got NO HELP. When she did speak to us she was rude and dismissive. We had to zip dresses, help with clipping and couldn't get other sizes or styles because "it's a liability" for us to carry dresses. Our bride asked repeatedly if the dress she liked could be ordered and was told she could. Our bride had her heart set on that dress. I had an appointment on the 21st for bridesmaid dresses. I went in hoping to be walked through the process since I've never done this before, but clearly people who work here have, right? Not so much. The lady who was in charge of helping my wedding party was less than helpful. Awful experience! I made an appointment earlier in the week so i thought i would have a consultant assigned to work with me. During my appointment i was passed of to 3 different consultants! The first one, Kari, was nice and listened to me, but i barely had the first dress on when i was told she had to hand me over to another consultant. It was a disaster from there. They were bringing me dresses that were way out of my budget. Plus, instead of bringing other styles for me to try, they continued bribing the same types of dr... read more

I want to thank Alyssa for helping me find my dress today! She was so helpful! I went in saying I wasn't a ball gown kinda girl and ended up walking out as a ball gown kinda girl! so excited for my dress to get here thank you Alyssa and all the davids bridal staff y'all were amazing �

If I could go back a year to the day I got my wedding dress, I would have definitely waited if I knew the service I was going to experience while shopping for my bridesmaid dresses was going to be as bad as it was last night. Our stylist was rude. She kept leaving during the appointment that I had scheduled. She was late starting my scheduled appointment and then rushed us to leave. Glad we took our business elsewhere. And we found something tha fit the style of my wedding better.
