The ladies in the store are wonderful but the warehouse gets a 0. It took them 6 months to get my dress here and it's way too big. I lost the opportunity to reorder due to their negligence and got zapped $300 for alterations on a $600 dress. Your error my $ why is that?

All the staff were super nice and never made us feel like we weren't good enough to be there because we are not stick figures. They made us feel just as special as the size zero girls!!

I sent up an appointment to try on wedding dresses. The idea I had when working with a stylist was completely different than my actual experience. The lady was slow at getting the dresses I wanted to try on. I have a list of my favorites and she told me that I could probably only have time to try on 6 of them. Even though the appointment was 2.5 hours. She had another appointment that came in, so she was working with 2 appointments. I went into the store with my 4 bridesmaids to search for their dresses. We thought we were lucky enough to find their dresses on our first visit. However, when we were at the cash to order them we were then informed that they didn't come in the colour we wanted. The first question I was asked by the sales associate when we got there was what colour we were looking at. Why we were even given dresses to try on that can't be ordered in the colour requested is beyond me. Extremely disappointed!

The people at the Winston location were extremely rude!! Gboro is 10 times better.

First of all the place is ghetto. We had to wait in a long line just to check in for our appointment. I was looking for bridesmaid dresses.... very happy I did not get my wedding dress from here! The place was packed and I felt like we were rushed to pick colors and dresses..... not to mention color selection is very limited and she made us look at a picture chart in order to pick which dresses we wanted to try. They lady we had was very pushy on the bridesmaid dresses. She was very pushy towards certain dresses we didn't like, and she also was very rude about our dress sizes as our girls all have different body types.
