When u go to look for dresses you want to feel like it is about you ...well I am very unhappy with our experience..we had an appt for my daughter to try on dresses had to wait 20 for someone to get to us ...the sales person Miranda was upbeat at first but then all went down hill..I will never recommend your bridal shop..we ended up leaving feeling mad and upset...but we ended up going to another bridal store and we were treated awesome and didn't even have an appt and ended up purchasing a dress.

I was not impressed with this store. I made an appointment for my Wedding Dress shopping at 11:00 am. We got there about 10 minutes early and the ladies at the front desk were just rude. Well can you check in later, closer you your time. You can look but don't touch anything. I checked in 5 minutes later and approximately 10 minutes later we were greeted by a consultant. Again I was placed with a consultant that had 0 idea what they were doing. When I checked out the woman whom was ringing me out acted as if every question I asked was an inconvenience to her. Not sure what the deal was, but every time I go to Davids Bridal it's a mess!

We were shopping today for my sisters wedding dress and the experience was just absolutely awful.. our lady did not act like she wanted to help what so ever kept bringing all of the wrong styles and they didnt book both of our appts.. felt rushed out of the door and was absolutely not personable what so ever.. will not be back and will not recommended to anyone!

I took my mom here for a mother of the bride dress, and they weren't overly helpful. Today, I took my daughter to order her bridesmaid dress and already had the exact dress info to order. We just needed to verify size. After checking in for self serve, pulling the dress myself, trying it on her and asking to order the dress I wanted, I could not get anyone to place the order for me.
