I think Davids Bridal is so unorganized, & half the people there are really rude. The store can be completely empty and you still can't try on a dress. You get alterations & they don't even see your name in the computer, You make appointments and they claim you never had one. Deff not my place of choice.

It went ok I asked the salesperson to check a size on a dress twice and she never did ... I gave up

I have been here before for prom dress and my first wedding. This time it was a little different. They booked two other people over my appointment so I wasn't assigned a consultant. It was some other lady that worked there. And she wasn't very helpful and she seemed a bit scatter brained. She also didn't ever refer to me by my name. Every I might go here for a wedding related dress, there's always a production. The consultants are always double and triple booked. I Don't ever feel like I get any one on one time.

I will start off by saying that I did find a dress and bought it. But the actual service was not so great. I made an appointment, which I didn't understand what was the point of, since the young lady that helped us didn't greet us till about 20 minutes after our app started. In the mean time I pulled all the dresses that I wanted to try on. We had a 330 appointment, at 345 no one had called us. We left and bought a dress somewhere else. Our group must have be invisible to them.

If I could give it 0 I would. This review is for my SIL, that I went with to find her dress. Our consultant, who called herself a stylist, looked like she just got up rolled out of bed and threw on something from the floor. We were trying not to judge the book by its cover and proceeded. We had been told by the front desk to browse but not pull dresses, if we found one we could tag it...but our consultant didn't have tags...so we'd need to find her. The customer service the first time was great and today it was awful. Also they discontinued their cherry color after I had picked out dresses and no one informed me so when we went in today we wasted time looking at dresses before we realized cherry wasn't on the chart anymore so I asked a girl if they still carry cherry and she said nope with an attitude and no eye contact.
