Terrible service.. the girls that work their are rude and really good at making sure you know you are wrong about the color you want. Everytime we have gone in their nothing but rude workers, and not wanting to be helpful at all. Will never shop here again!!!

I am extremely disappointed with Davids Bridal. Not only did I have an issue with my scheduled appointment, but I was forced to share my consultant with a walk in. I scheduled my Davids Bridal appointment for my bridal party on 12/11/16, for an apppintment on 01/08/17. Almost a month in advance. The day before this appointment, I received an email stating my apppintment was for the 9th, rather than the 8th. I would like to thank you guys for all of yalls help today!! I never knew how EASY it would be to find a wedding dress! but today I found out & all with the help of Shetocquie! She was absolutely wonderful the FIRST & I do mean FIRST dress she picked out was THE ONE��I can not thank her enough for all of her help! We have purchased several dresses from David's Bridal over the years for our daughter. Prom dresses, her confirmation dress, and most recently her wedding gown and all the accessories. While there yesterday at the Franklin, TN location, we were not treated very nice, and had minimal help, even though my daughter had a scheduled fitting session for her Bridal party. When the assistant realized she was not getting a sale that day from the bridesmaids, she pretty much dumped us and moved onto other customers. I'll never return ... read more
