I had the rudest consultant when I took my bridesmaids for their appointment yesterday.. At one point she looked at her watch and said "you guys have 20 mins left in your appointment, just so ya know(In a very rude way)". I thought that was not a way to treat a paying customer. She also seemed to be rushing us, if we didn't like a dress she would rush them into another one. I made my first appointment for dresses at this location. My bridesmaids and I showed up early only to wait over 1/2 an hour after my appointment was scheduled for ours to begin. While we were waiting I had picked out a few dresses I had seen online and for sure wanted to try on in store. I know what style fits my body and I know what I like. If you are looking for a good Dress shopping experience avoid going to David's bridal. It was more stress then fun, they didn't listen to what style of dresses I wanted, she didn't even ask my price rang someone from my group had to Go tell her my budget. She kept rushing me telling me I had 20 mins left so what did I want to try on the most. So don't even waste your time here

The customer service at this David’s bridal was terrible. I bought my dress and did alterations at the David’s in Tampa, FL, however, I got married in Wilmington. I called this location a week ahead (of bringing my dress in) to set up a complimentary steaming. The lady was super nice and assured me that this would be done before my wedding. When I brought my dress in, they looked at me like there was no way my dress could be steamed in 6 days and really harped on who I spoke to on the phone so they could "train their staff p... read more

Had a horrible experience at the one on San Felipe where I ended up buying a dress I didn't like. I cried for 3 hours over this. Today I went to this location and found the dress of my dreams. The staff was very uplifting and helpful.
