Thanks for leaving me in the middle of my fitting appointment to go serve someone who didn't have an appointment. Literally took the dress off of me to go off and put it on the other bride. Left me hanging and been waiting 20 solid minutes while she caters to her. Decided to just leave. Literally no care in the world or any apologies.
I just called to get some help by phone. They are VERY rude and unprofessional. If Jah & Esooki or whatever her name was didn't want to help, I would've preferred they said so. Jah or however you spell it just left me on hold, & didn't bother coming back on the phone nor checking my request. The other girl just asked me MA'AM, YOU CHECKING ON A STYLE? I answered YES. This so called establishment, shamed a very dear friend of mine as she picked up her wedding dress. They made rude comments about her body image. Shame on you David's Bridal. Time for an attorney to step in.

Wow!! just needed to get measurements to order a dress online and since it's not their company they won't measure. How hard is to take 5 minutes and do a measurement. For stupid!!
So I never had a problem with David's bridal till this last dress meaning my two other sisters have purchased our dresses there. My sister got married on October 15th, 2016 and purchased her dress at davids bridal in Bakersfield. Like every bride she was beyond busy before the wedding and forgot to try it on. So the day of the wedding she out it on and low and behold it was missing the attachment piece to close the dress and because of that wouldn't close. The WORST service I have ever experienced. Every single bridesmaid had issues ordering their dresses and I had 8. Consultants are the worst. One of my bridesmaids had her baby at 23 weeks and never even picked up her dress from the store. Spoke to our location and corporate and they said all they would do is offer in store credit. That will really help her put gas in her car to see her 1 pound baby every day 20 mins from her home at the hospital. Save yourself the trouble and skip this place at all costs!
