Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the store and first of all with David's bridal !! I went to the store to look for a dress didn't have the color so I ordered online took two weeks to receive it with a big black Stein like mold in the skirt .I called customer service that one of my calls spent an hr for someone to answer the phone .to tell me to send it to a dry cleaners and see if the Stein can come out!! Absolutely terrible costumer service! So disappointed in this store. My best friend was just recently married and we bought all of our dresses from there. On the day of the wedding 2 out of the 5 bridesmaid dresses would not zip up and not because of the size but because of the zippers. The wedding started 30 minutes late because of the problems with the zippers. David's Bridal in my personal experience is unorganized and unprofessional company .... The only positive thing to say is they have nice dresses and reasonable prices but I guess that is the price you pay.... As a bride they could not find my alteration appointment and for my bridesmaids they have ordered the wrong dresses and wrong sizes and couldn't find their alteration appointment either ... Wow. We were POINTED in the direction of flower girl dresses. Not one person offered to help us the whole hour we were there. When we were leaving we had to wait for the associates to finish discussing what kind of coffees they were getting while we were ignored. Our dress was ordered, and as we left no one even said thank you...Poor selection as well, no sizes. The dress we wanted had a 2T and a size 8, which was ripped and had buttons missing. Went to try on dresses with a friend who is getting married but apparently "if you're not buying a dress you can only try on 3". Whats up with that? Need to find that perfect dress:(
