Bad customer service! So happy I didn't end up buying a $1500+ dress from you guys!
This is the worst place possible you can buy a dress ! They were suppose to have my alterations done by Friday as they schedule and they didn't even have my wedding dresses touched! They were the least compassionate people I have ever met ! Super rude and you can barley understand the alteration lady ! Also they tried to argue with me on how much I spent on my alterations! I went there with my sister in law to pick up her dress. Part way through getting it tied up the girl left her in the room because she got paged to meet her next appointment. Her dress wasn't done up tight enough or even straight, while trying to help two appointments at one time my poor sister in law got the crappy end of the service. The girl didn't even tell her she looked beautiful.....every bride should be complemented. Worse experience ever. It was one thing after another what finally put me over the edge was the alterations lady who stood and argued telling me I was wrong and it was my fault I didn't like what was done. Then just disappeared never to help again. Sent formal complaint still haven't heard anything back. Wouldn't recommend them for anything.
You would think dress shopping & & picking bridesmaids dresses would be the least stressful thing in planning a wedding, but I have NEVER been more irritated with shopping, as I have with your company ! I felt like shopping at your store would be the best thing for everyone's budget, but you truly get what you pay for ! All you engaged brides out there... Don't go to this David's bridal!!! Their customer service is horrible!!! They ignored me for two phone calls when I was right in front of them just waiting to get my bag replaced it only took 2 min to replace but they had me waiting 15-20min . Even to pick up my items they had me waiting an unreasonable time... When I was shopping for shoes there, they said they'd send someone to help but I waited 30-40 min and had to track em down I'm so done with this place!!!
Came with my sister for the second time and as I told the consultant the dress I wanted to try on as it was the one I tried on last time the consultant gave the dress to my sister and didn't acknowledge my multiple hints that I wanted to try it on. I didn't get assisted at all. Still here and to this moment still has not caught on that I want to try on the dress and that one was for me my wedding is a month after my sisters. Dress looks great on her though. Definantly my style.
If I could give them less than a star I would. The consultant helping with bridesmaid dresses ordered the wrong dress for two of the maids, we had to reorder which pushed out delivery date back. The delivery date was July 23, I called that day and surprise it was pushed back to August 1. I called today and yet again pushed back to August 27.
