I'm glad others had a good experience.... this was ours today. My future daughter-in-law had an appt. at the Toledo location today (7/16) at 11 a.m. She was quite excited. The person assigned to us (Katrina) was helping someone else and told us that her previous appt. was running over and she would be finishing up with her as well. Worst experience ever!!! Went in to shop and they treated me like I wasn't good enough to shop there. Never have I been treated so poorly in my life. I will never recommend your company to anyone!
I rated my experience as 3 stars because On July 2, my sister and I had an appointment to try on wedding gowns since we are both getting married in 2017. My appointment was scheduled for 3 pm and my sister's was scheduled for 4 pm, but when we arrived they had both of us scheduled for dress alterations and not trying on dress, and on top of that it took them an entire hour to find a consultant to help us even though I had an appointment scheduled. I was the only bride trying on dresses during my scheduled appointment and felt so pressured and rushed. Once I tried on 3 dresses, the sales consultant stopped letting me try dresses because according to her "I found the one". She also insisted that I buy the dresses immediately or else I would come back crying next week. She continued to pressure me saying "I'll call the designer and get the deadline moved for you because everyday we have hordes of girls coming in crying because they did not buy immediately". Worst experience ever! First you lost my bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding after some digging we figure out the issue so we thought everything was fine then when it was picked up on Thursday before the wedding to find that it's the wrong color. Of course I call the lady on the phone says to come in and try to get it fixed or get me a dress in the Color I need!! Get there and the consultants acted as though this was our problem!! So so so disappointed today. After paying $150 in alterations for my bridesmaid dress, I get there today and find out the bra cups I asked for weren't put in and not paid for. I assumed with the ridiculous fee of $150, bra cups were definitely included. So $175 later (almost the amount I paid for this dress), you think it would be flawless... nope! Not fitting right and after I stated I was unhappy still with the fit, the seamstress simply shoved off my concern... it's supposed to fit like that, you don't want it tighter, th... read more
