Horrible service. The bride and I had an appt just two of us, we felt rushed then our lady left us I ended up changing my friend into her next couple of dresses. I was on my own for picking out my MOH dress smh. Afterwards they called and told me my order was ready and to pick it up, but it was not ready only my shoes were in and they hadn't been dyed yet. I could go on but you get the point
I got wonderful service at David's Bridal in Tuscaloosa. Then, I made the mistake to go to David's Bridal in Hoover. No one was at the "Welcome Desk". I had an appointment with Ashanti & no one could find Ashanti. The other girl was to worried about the times everyone was getting off & taking breaks. Another employee had on sweat pants with a white strip down the side. These are the most unprofessional ghetto employees; I've ever seen. Don't waste your time!!!!!!
I had an appointment with David's Bridal and Alfred Angelo on the same day to try on wedding dresses for the first time. My appointment for Alfred Angelo was first and I ended up getting my dress there. I didn't want to leave David's Bridal appointment hanging, so I still went to look at bridesmaid dresses. When I got there as soon as they found out I wasn't looking for bride dresses, I was pushed to the side. Worst experience here. Staff are very rude and pushy. Did not get me what I asked for but what they thought would look good. Hated them all. Found my dress somewhere else
I've never had such bad customer service. First appointment to get my dress the consultant went on and on about how it was suppose to be her day off and she didn't want to be there. She was double booked so she helped me into my dress and I wouldn't see her again for quite a while so I stood around waiting for her to help me switch dresses. Second appointment for my bridesmaid the girl was double booked also. She helped my bridesmaid pick 3 dresses and we never saw her again. Tried to tell the manager and she did not care. Absolutely the WORST experience ever. I would never suggest them to anyone! I wish I would have taken my big business elsewhere. We purchased over 20 dresses from them. So ubaccomdating , everything was horrible. I bought my dress was so excited to go get it turns out their own seamstress measured me wrong. Had to send back. We weren't notified of a discontinued bridesmaid dress so then my girls had to scramble and buy wrong sizes and spend more money to alter, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience.
