They charge an am and a leg for alterations and it was just the side of the dress. Not very pleasant people.
It's like a factory. Thought the staff was uncaring . Just sell a dress. Who cares what it looks like.
It's one thing to buy dresses from here, But then when you need alterations it cost more than the dress itself,something is wrong... what a rip off..TAKE YOUR DRESSES TO SOMEONE YOU KNOW,, IF YOU NEED TO HAVE ALTERATIONS DONE....OTHER WISE YOU MAY AS WELL BUY 2 DRESSES... DISGRACEFUL...
We had a terrible experience today at the Ontario store. We had an appointment and they made us wait 30 minutes. The only reason we were helped is because I went up there to ask. Then the sales her looked and acted like sh was on drugs. She insulted me and didn't offer a chair for the bride. We had to stand and the bride found her own chair. We knew which dress we wanted, there were three. She brought us five dresses, three were the same dress. We asked for the third style and she said it was somewhere around the store, she ... read more
VERY RUDE!!!! I dealt with this girl Sierra. I understood that I did not have an appointment and knew I had to wait, which I did not have a problem with. But then she turns around and says " I don't even know if we can because i have to give out lunches to the girls." Hello was not even that busy and and we could of tried on our own dresses. I walk away and she is talking about me to another employee. I had my girls drop all their dresses and walked out. Because of Sierra you probably lost over a $1,000 sale easily. ... read more
They are awful, money guzzling people. My best friend is getting married and was going to use them for our bridesmaid dresses and decided same day she didn't want the dresses and cancelled the order. One of the girls accidentally ordered a dress from the previous order and they failed to inform her the bride had cancelled the order and still processed her payment and refused to be helpful towards her whatsoever and they wedding is under a month away and we have to find some magical way to get this other bridesmaid matching t... read more
Absolute worse bridal shop i ever been to. Very rude, make you feel uncomfortable if you dont have 10000 to spend on a dress yout not worth their time
